This year, Skift received more than 490 submissions from around the world, making it a great honor to see Seidat among the finalists.

The Skift IDEA Awards are an annual recognition program celebrating innovation, creativity, design, and forward-thinking work across the global travel industry. Now in its eighth year, the awards recognize projects by companies, brands, agencies, and individuals that solve problems, create better experiences, and help shape the future of travel.

Recognizing creative digital experiences

Seidat has been shortlisted in Creative Design, one of the Creative Thinkers categories. According to Skift, the category recognizes websites, apps, UX/UI, and creative technologies that transform the user experience.

For us, this recognition is particularly meaningful because design is at the heart of what we do. Seidat is built to help companies create better digital sales experiences — combining presentations, interactive content, proposals, analytics, virtual experiences, and other sales tools in one platform.

Our work with hotels and hospitality businesses has also pushed us to think beyond traditional presentations. Hotel sales teams need to communicate spaces, experiences, services, and destinations in ways that are visual, interactive, and easy for customers to explore. Seidat brings these elements together into a more engaging digital experience.

A strong year for innovation in travel

The 2026 Skift IDEA Awards attracted entries from across the travel industry, including hospitality, travel technology, business travel, tourism, airlines, meetings and events, and more. The finalists reflect the wide range of ways technology, design, and creativity are changing the travel experience.

Skift describes the awards as a way of recognizing the ideas, teams, and organizations driving meaningful progress in travel. Entries are reviewed by Skift's editorial team before finalists are evaluated by an independent judging panel. The judging considers factors including purpose, innovation, originality, and impact.

Being selected as a finalist is therefore an exciting recognition for the entire Seidat team — and for the work we’re doing together with our customers to rethink how businesses present, sell, and communicate digitally.

The 2026 Skift IDEA Award winners will be announced on August 26. Until then, we're very happy to be part of this year's finalists and to see Seidat recognized alongside some of the innovative companies and projects shaping the future of travel.
