Under the guidance of our new leadership, we are taking Seidat toward its next phase of growth. Our strategy is built on two strong pillars: nurturing the domestic customer experience and pursuing bold international expansion.
People first in Finland
Although we are strongly focused on international growth, providing high-quality service to our domestic customers remains close to our hearts. It is important to emphasize that all our new product development investments and innovations will also be fully available to our Finnish customers. In addition, we will of course continue to serve our customers professionally in Finnish.
We want to hold on to what makes us Seidat: our customer service is still not handled by robots or chatbots. When you contact us during office hours, you will always be answered by a real person, and our average response time is only about one minute. Customer-centricity and genuine human interaction are points of pride for us, and we will not compromise on them as we expand internationally.
A company merger opened doors to Europe’s hotel and events industry
We are pursuing international growth strongly in the European market. Our target group is clear: European hotels, venue providers, and event and conference centers.
A recently completed company merger has created fertile ground for growth, bringing us strong specialized expertise and a significant number of international customers from the hotel and accommodation sector. This gives us an excellent foothold and credibility to start solving global challenges in the industry.
AI and visuality create a competitive advantage
Our product development is strongly focused on international growth, particularly on how we can transform sales in the hotel and hospitality industry, while continuing to address the evolving needs of our existing customers.
Currently, sales processes in the industry are in many places stuck in traditional, even analog, ways of working. The industry is in urgent need of new solutions that support a modern buyer experience. These solutions require not only exceptional visuality and the use of AI, but also seamless integration with hotels’ and accommodation providers’ own backend systems.
Seidat is exactly this solution. Going forward, we will automate hotel sales processes in a way that is highly visual and strongly powered by AI. We remove the burden of manual work and help our customers sell their spaces in a more engaging way. With this combination, we will achieve a significant competitive advantage across Europe.
