Seidat secures €1 million seed funding to become Europe’s leading hospitality sales enablement provider
17.06.2025
Seidat, a rising star in hospitality sales enablement technology, has successfully closed a significant €1 million seed funding round from notable European investors. This investment will accelerate Seidat’s ambition to become the market leader in digital sales room solutions tailored specifically for hotel sales teams across Europe.
Cross-continental investment fuels ambitious goals
The investment round, led by Partinc, a prominent Swedish-Dutch venture capital firm renowned for its expertise in scaling high-ticket B2B startups internationally, and Andreas Mihalovits, one of the most active Super Angels in Europe. Partinc has a strong track record in supporting startups to enter and dominate new markets, setting ambitious growth targets alongside its partners. Together with the investors’ contribution, Seidat takes the next step in becoming a market leader in European hospitality sales technology. “We believe Seidat is well on its way to becoming a market leader in its field. As lead investors, we are proud to support Seidat in entering its next phase”, said Jan Sundelin, Partner at Partinc.
“This funding marks a pivotal step in our journey to redefine sales enablement within the hospitality sector,” said Kimmo Kaitala, Chief Executive Officer at Seidat. “The investments not only secure critical growth capital but also bring invaluable experience in scaling B2B SaaS companies internationally.”
Merger and product synergy set the stage for rapid growth
The funding is part of the strategic merger process executed earlier this year between Seidat and 360Visualizer, an immersive virtual tour platform specializing in hotel sales. By combining Seidat’s robust sales enablement software with 360Visualizer’s innovative sales technology, the newly formed entity is poised to offer the most comprehensive digital sales solution in hospitality today.
“With our enhanced product suite, we’re uniquely positioned to solve complex digitalization and efficiency challenges faced by hotel sales and marketing teams,” added Paulus Perkkiö, Chief Product Officer, at Seidat. “Our integrated solution empowers hotels to significantly boost their sales efficiency, consistency, and customer engagement.”
Seidat already boasts a substantial customer base across Europe, including numerous leading hotel brands. The recent funding round and merger are expected to substantially accelerate growth, expand market reach, and further solidify the company’s competitive edge in the hospitality industry.
“We’re excited about the opportunities ahead and confident that our innovative approach will set a new standard for sales enablement in hospitality,” concluded Kaitala.
