International Sales Development Manager (SDR) – Helsinki

Are you growth-minded, love to talk to customers, and looking to kickstart your career in international B2B sales?

This opportunity can be just for you as we are looking for an International Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.

 Our product is the Seidat sales presentation platform, which already has more than 11,000 users in 30 countries. Now we need you to help us to acquire new customers in Europe.

As an SDR at Seidat you will be:

  • Developing new business opportunities and being the first point of contact with prospects in Europe
  • Help businesses to sell easier, faster and more successfully with smart and flexible sales materials

For you to be successful in this role, you need a drive for hunting new customers and reaching them via various digital channels.

 Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting potential customers based on ideal customer profiles, geographies and industries
  • Identifying the right decision makers and finding their contacts with prospecting tools or on the web
  • Reaching sales and marketing decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn and book sales meetings for our Sales Managers
  • Update CRM with all activities
  • Actively participate in our internal meetings where we discuss achievements, goals and results, learn from each other, exchange experiences and improve our skills and processes
  • You will be reporting to our International Sales Manager and work in close collaboration to develop the best processes together and obtain skills that will allow you to grow as a professional

What kind of talent are you?

You are at the beginning of your international B2B sales career but have some experience in sales. You are a team player that loves to succeed as a part of the team. You are not afraid of challenges and ready to develop yourself, also independently. This is a hybrid position. We expect that you at least partly work from our office in Helsinki.

In addition to that, these we considered as advantages:

  • Business degree (or relevant)
  • Strong track record of achieving goals
  • Positivity, team spirit and a strong wish to share experiences and knowledge with colleagues. We aren’t competing within the team – we win as the team
  • Any previous SaaS, B2B, or international sales experience
  • Experience in tech and marketing (your customers are sales and marketing professionals)
  • Swedish, Dutch or other European languages is a big plus
  • Sense of humor

We value transparency. We offer you €2000-2500/month base salary (depends on your experience level) + provision. If you meet your goals, your salary can reach €3000/month or more and there is no cap!
